Journey of A Production Planner

A production planner at a Chemical Manufacturing company is planning and scheduling the shop floor to streamline manufacturing jobs weekly. The Planner has a task to provide proper customer promise dates to the Customer Service Reps. A Planner needs to be alerted and aware of the global demand, planned supply, and current inventory status at all times.
