XcelPros is compliant with EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to personal information that is transferred from the European Economic Area and Switzerland to the United States within the scope of XcelPros’s Privacy Shield certifications. Unless indicated otherwise with respect to a particular transfer, XcelPros relies on Privacy Shield for such transfer.
XcelPros and its affiliates comply with the requirements of the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce with respect to personal information of the types described below that is transferred from the European Economic Area and Switzerland to the United States.
