07.Project Contract Basis

08.Assumptions
- Master Data will be provided by the customer in data templates provided by XcelPros.
- Computer Systems Validation (CSV) support as required by FDA is an additional service. XcelPros will provide the document templates required for CSV if customer decides to include the additional service.
- User (Super User and Business End User) testing of the system, including but not limited to processes, functionality, forms and performance is required prior to go-live.
Note: 3rd party Integrations and Customizations are not included
Note: An assessment of the company, vision and project requirements will be performed to ensure customer is a good candidate for Rapid Implementation.
