XcelPros is currently searching for a driven Sales Account Manager to lead our sales efforts. This is a remote, full-time position that allows you to work from home. This position is open to individuals authorized to work in United States and Canada only.

Position Type: Full-time from United States and Canada

Travel: Occasional travel required for prospects, customer visits, conferences, and events.

Sales Account Manager Overview:

XcelPros is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record, ideally within a Microsoft Partner setting, with a focus on industries such as Pharma, Chemicals, Biotech, Medical Devices, Automotive, and Manufacturing (CMO) (CRO)

Our sales strategy encompasses three core areas:

  1. New Dynamics F&SCM Implementations
  2. Support & Maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics, and
  3. Microsoft Dynamics ISV products (XcelPros proprietary offerings).

Qualifications and Traits:

  • Thorough comprehension of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated strong network within the Microsoft Dynamics realm, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365's flagship ERP systems, Finance and Supply Chain Management, Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Capable of bringing valuable leads and established relationships with Microsoft and industry C-level executives and VPs.
  • Notable LinkedIn presence showcasing effective social engagement through posts and interactions.

Note:

  • The person hired for this role will receive increased commission for any closures within the first 60 days of employment.
  • The ideal candidate will have achieved a minimum of $5 million quota fulfilled last year.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $100,000+ (negotiable, BOE) + commission structure
  • Performance-based bonus and raises are applicable to this role

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leverage substantial hands-on experience in Microsoft or Microsoft Partner environments
  • Specialize in selling Microsoft's flagship ERP systems - Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management.
  • Drive new opportunities through diverse prospecting methods, with an emphasis on LinkedIn messaging, networking, and outbound calls.
  • Utilize effective phone and persuasion skills, thriving in telephone-based interactions.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects.
  • Function as an adept and adaptable hunter in a swiftly evolving market.
  • Apply prior inside-sales and prospecting experience.
  • Investigate relevant industries, products, competitors, and technologies aligned with XcelPros, collaborating on informed decisions.
  • Gain profound insight into trends and challenges within targeted industries, staying abreast of pertinent developments.
  • Extensively research prospects.
  • Update our CRM system with accurate data.
  • Manage inbound inquiries via website, calls, etc.
  • Strategically align with management to ensure goal-driven focus.
  • Aid in lead routing and nurturing.
  • Swiftly and courteously respond to customer/prospect inquiries.
  • Construct and deliver tailored sales presentations based on success metrics.
  • Establish rapport with customers/leads through engaging communication.
  • Manage lead, prospect, and opportunity data in our CRM, maintaining meticulous records and correspondence.
  • Comprehend and communicate technical specifications of offered software/services.
  • Gather information about software/services needs from leads.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales experts to deliver customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with technology delivery team to meet post-contract customer expectations.
  • Occasional travel might be required to prospects, customers, trade shows and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal team to respond to pre-qualification questionnaires, RFI/RFQs, and tender documents.
  • Engage in commercial agreement negotiations.
  • Assist customers in maximizing software feature utilization.
  • Stay updated on dynamic market trends.
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify prospect requirements and pain points.
  • Generate business through email, social media, and telephone outreach.
  • Collaborate with management to cultivate and expand sales pipeline for consistent monthly and quarterly achievements.
  • Generate leads and submit proposals using extensive knowledge of XcelPros' service offerings.
  • Articulate product value, opportunity, and licensing to prospects and customers, aligning with XcelPros and Microsoft messaging.
  • Represent and forecast current and future business; develop marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas preferred.
  • Self-starting attitude with a focus on market presence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

We seek a proactive, organized, technology-focused professional with a hunter mentality and strong door-opening skills.

  • Experience in software sales and Microsoft Dynamics is required.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of sales or lead generation experience.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills – responsive, credible, consultative, knowledgeable.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, bridging technical and client communication.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to excel in collaborative environments.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or chemical industries is a strong advantage.
